Proha Plc Stock Exchange Bulletin June 29, 2001 at 11.50 OPUS360 CORPORATION SHARES DELISTED FROM THE NASDAQ NATIONAL MARKET The shares of Proha’s American acquisition, Opus 360 Corporation, have been delisted from the Nasdaq National Market on June 28, 2001. The trading of Opus 360 Corporation’s shares on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) commences June 29, 2001. On April 11, 2001, Proha signed an agreement with Opus 360 according to which Proha will receive an 80% holding of the Opus 360 share capital. The arrangement is planned to be carried out during the second half of 2001. The uncertainty of the Nasdaq-listing of Opus shares was already known when the agreement on the acquisition was made. The trading of Opus shares on the OTCBB will not have any significant impact on Proha’s plans to carry out the acquisition.
