Bong sells property to Nordisk Renting for 130 MSEK

Bong announces the sale of three properties for in total 130 MSEK to Nordisk Renting AB. The properties located in Kristianstad and Nybro, Sweden comprise approx. 55.000 m2 and houses, among others, Bong’s corporate head quarter. The deal generates a capital gain of approx. 25 MSEK.

Bong is a rapidly growing international envelope company and the growth is mainly generated by acquisitions. The sale of the properties in question is a part of the financing of this expansion. Bong has signed a long term rental agreement with Nordisk Renting and intends to continue its operations unchanged in the properties.
