KA wins seat comfort business for two premium vehicles worth EUR 56 million (NOK 524 million)

Kongsberg Automotive's Interior business area has been awarded two contracts for the supply of seat comfort systems to two European premium automakers, with a combined estimated total value of EUR 56 million (NOK524 million).

The first contract, worth an estimated EUR 27 million over its lifetime, comprises the supply of seat heat systems for a top premium sedan. The second contract, worth an estimated EUR 29 million over its lifetime, is for the supply of seat heat systems for a luxury SUV.

The production for both programs will begin in 2017 in KA's facility in Pruszkow, Poland.
