Saab's Head of Group Legal Affairs leaving for another job

Anne Gynnerstedt, Senior Vice President and Head of Group Legal Affairs for the defence and security company Saab, will be leaving her position at Saab in the late autumn of 2011.

Saab AB's Senior Vice President and Head of Group Legal Affairs, Anne Gynnerstedt, has decided to leave her employment at Saab in the late autumn of 2011. The reason for this is that she will take on a new position as Head of Legal Affairs at Vattenfall AB.

Anne Gynnerstedt was employed by Saab in 2004, and in addition to the above mentioned positions, she has also served as Secretary of the Board of Directors for Saab AB.

"Anne Gynnerstedt is an extremely competent Head of Group Legal Affairs. It is entirely understandable that, after seven years at Saab, she now wishes to continue to seek out new challenges. I sincerely congratulate Vattenfall," says Håkan Buskhe, President and CEO at Saab.

The process of appointing a new Head of Group Legal Affairs at Saab has commenced.
