Defence and security company SaabAB has completed the divestment of its shares in the 3D mapping company C3 Technologies AB announced on July 14th 2011. The consideration amounts to approximately MSEK 1,009 and it will generate a capital gain of approximately MSEK 906.
All conditions have been fulfilled in relation to the transaction.
