Saab Ericsson Space terminates negotiations on the purchase of Fokker Space

Saab Ericsson Space has decided not to complete the planned acquisition of Fokker Space BV of Leiden, The Netherlands. It has not been possible to reach a consensus between the seller and the buyers, Saab Ericsson Space and Dutch Stork,
on satisfactory guarantees for certain earlier commitments. The negotiations have therefore been terminated.

"We have not been given satisfactory guarantees, which means that we cannot enter a joint ownership. Although we have had positive expectations for a long time, it
has not been possible to arrive at a common solution", comments Bengt Mörtberg, President and CEO of Saab Ericsson Space.
