Saab AB publishes Annual Report for 2002 on the Internet

Today, 27 February at 12:00, Saab AB will publish its Annual Report for 2002 on the homepage www.saab.se/ir. The printed version of the Annual Report will be available to shareholders on 3 March, and can be ordered as of next week.

This is the first year that Saab AB publishes its Annual Report on the Internet prior to the release of the printed version. The purpose is to increase the availability and speed of information.

The Annual Report that is published in a pdf-format on Saab’s homepage can be printed locally, downloaded and it also adds increased usability compared to what is feasible in the printed format. The user is offered, among other things, an indexed and searchable multi-level table of content, a search function for the whole document, direct links from the Income Statement and Balance Sheet to notes, and direct indexation to each note.

In addition, the Income statement, Balance sheet and Statement of cash flows are available as separate Excel-documents on Saab’s homepage, in order to facilitate own analyses of the financial information.
