USA places 165 MSEK order for Anti Tank weapons from Saab
United States Special Operations Command, USSOCOM, has placed an order with Saab Bofors Dynamics for weapons and ammunition for the Carl-Gustaf system amounting to approx 165 MSEK.
"This important contract indicates a continued trust by the customer in the system as such and in our company as supplier", says Tomas Samuelsson, head of Infantry Weapons at Saab Bofors Dynamics.
USSOCOM has, as a demanding and professional user/buyer, also been the driving force in the continuing process of modernizing the system both for safety and performance.
The contract will not have any influence on the size of the work force at Saab Bofors Dynamics.
