Anne Gynnerstedt new Group Senior VP Legal Affairs

Anne Gynnerstedt has been appointed Saab’s new Group Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs, and will be part of the Saab Group Management. She will take up her new post on October 4, 2004.

Anne Gynnerstedt is currently General Counsel of the Swedish National Debt Office. After studying law in Uppsala and Stockholm and qualifying as a law clerk, she held a number of posts in the banking world. Between 1987 and 2002 she was a Corporate Lawyer within the SAS airline group, and she joins Saab from the National Debt Office where she has been a member of the general management.

Anne Gynnerstedt will succeed Saab’s former Group Senior VP Legal Affairs, Per Erlandsson, who took up the newly instituted position of President of Saab’s operations in South Africa on August 1. Dag Rehme, who is currently responsible for ongoing legal affairs within Saab, will be Deputy VP Legal Affairs.

Anne Gynnerstedt is 47 years old and lives in Stockholm, Sweden.
