Helena Stålnert – new Communications Director at Saab

Helena Stålnert has been appointed new Communications Director at Saab, thereby becoming a member of the Saab Group’s management.

Helena Stålnert is currently Editor-in-chief of the lead news programme Aktuellt, in the Swedish public service broadcaster - Sveriges Television.

Helena Stålnert has a long experience of media both in Sweden and internationally. She has served within Sveriges Television since 1987. Besides being Editor-in-chief, she has been the anchor for Aktuellt, business- and political reporter, as well as correspondent covering Brussels for Sveriges Television. Among other positions Helena Stålnert has also been Head of News department for Swedish business-weekly, Veckans Affärer and business-reporter for Swedish daily, Svenska Dagbladet.

Helena Stålnert will begin serving in her new position as of 1 June 2005.

Saabs former Director of Information Iréne Svensson is since 1 April responsible for Saab establishment in Brussels.
