OFFENTLIGGÖRANDE AV PROSPEKT/PUBLICATION OF PROSPECTUS

Denna pressrelease har upprättats med anledning av 2 kap. 20 § lag (1991:980) om handel med finansiella instrument.

EQT Mid-Market Credit SV S.A. (”EQT MMC”), org nr B 193.498, ska ge ut obligationer som ska tas upp till handel på reglerad marknad i Sverige. I samband med detta har ett noteringsprospekt upprättats och godkänts av Finansinspektionen den 17 juni 2015. Prospektet inkorporerar genom hänvisning ”Issuing document” och ”Supplement Issuing Document” för EQT Senior Debt FCP-SIF.

Prospektet, Issuing Document och Supplement Issuing Document finns tillgängliga på EQT MMC:s registrerade adress och EQT:s hemsida (www.eqt.se).

This pressrelease has been prepared pursuant to Ch. 2, Sec. 20 of the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act.

EQT Mid-Market Credit SV S.A. (“EQT MMC“), reg. no. B 193.498, will issue debt instruments that will be listed on a regulated market in Sweden. In connection therewith, a listing prospectus has been prepared and approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on June 17, 2015. The prospectus incorporates by reference an “Issuing Document” and a “Supplement Issuing Document” in respect of EQT Senior Debt FCP-SIF.

The prospectus, the Issuing Document and the Supplement Issuing Document are available at the registered office of the Company and on the website of EQT (www.eqt.se).
