LINK Mobility Group ASA has mandated ABG Sundal Collier ASA and Danske Bank to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings in the Nordics commencing on 7 February 2017. A EUR 50 million with a EUR 175 borrowing limit, 5-year senior secured debt capital markets transaction may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions. If concluded, net proceeds from such transaction will be used to redeem outstanding bank debt and parts of the outstanding sellers’ credit as well as to finance the company’s growth strategy.
